Normal Factored Resistance is lesser of wood and concrete (masonry) bearing capacity.
Bearing capacity is based on 25 MPa concrete and 2.8 MPa masonry.
GBS & TBS beam seats are for connections where greater seismic resistance is required.
BSM - beam seats for SCL.
Uplift is based on bolts' resistance.
