Provide uniform seat bearing for beams.
MATERIAL: 3 ga straps. For seat plate see table.
FINISH: Prime Paint
FASTENERS: Machine Bolts
 
 
  1. Normal Factored Resistance is lesser of wood and concrete (masonry) bearing capacity.
  2. Bearing capacity is based on 25 MPa concrete and 2.8 MPa masonry.
  3. GBS & TBS beam seats are for connections where greater seismic resistance is required.
  4. BSM - beam seats for SCL.
  5. Uplift is based on bolts' resistance.
