Factored Resistance for Uplift has been increased by 15 % for short-term load duration (wind, earthquake). Verify that dimensions of wood members are adequate to transfer tabulated factored loads. All fasteners must be installed to obtain tabulated factored resistance. Other sizes are available upon request. Optional seat hole is provided for pre-attachment of hanger to joist.
