It was a rocking and fun-filled day last August 26 as we celebrated 40 years of Canada Scaffold Supply Co. Ltd. and treated our valued patrons to a “Customer Appreciation Celebration”. Over a 1000 guests attended and took part in the event who all enjoyed delicious catered food and the custom-made cake with the Canada Scaffold 40th Anniversary logo.
Thanks for the big turnout and the game-on spirit of Canada Scaffold Supply Co. Ltd. executives who were the Dunk-for-Charity victims, we were able to raise $700 for the BC Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (BC-SPCA) Paws for a Cause program!
The mood was made even more festive with the hip and happening music from DJs Drex of The Fox 99.3 and Alece of Rock 101. Guests brought home prizes including cool swag from CSS, The Fox and Rock 101 from the “Everyone’s A Winner” spin-the-wheel. Luckier ones won amazing prizes of scaffolding and safety equipment packages, tickets to Canucks, Lions or Whitecaps games and a 50” state-of-the-art LCD TV.
Canada Scaffold has always treated our employees as family so to make them feel even at home and at the same time commemorate the anniversary, 20′ smiling and winking Sam the Scaffold Man were installed to greet every employee every morning soon as they arrive at work.
Capping the event, Sam, Alice and Madlene Lazarian delivered a heart-felt speech thanking the employees, clients and vendors for celebrating with them on that splendid day, praising the employees especially for being with the company for over 20 years. For their gratitude, the Lazarians were presented with an over-sized Happy Anniversary card signed by all of the employees.
All in all it was a spectacular day and here’s looking forward to 40 years more of commitment to safety, integrity and value at Canada Scaffold!
