Jaysen Palangio has 35 years of knowledge and experience in the construction industry. He began his career as a young scaffold apprentice and eventually became a certified Journeyman scaffolder.
While working at Canada Scaffold Supply Co. Ltd for the last 25 years, Jaysen has acquired a strong background in Health and Safety and has a passion for sharing his knowledge and experience within a classroom environment. His goal is to provide every student with a better understanding of how to recognize, build and dismantle a safer scaffolding.
Jaysen teaches the Frame Scaffold Competent Person Training (1-day) course and the System Scaffold Competent Person Training (1-day) course at Canada Scaffold University (CSU).
Kelly Clancy is the Construction Safety Officer at Canada Scaffold Supply. Mr.
Clancy started his career at Canada Scaffold in 1998 as a Foreman and has worked
as a Scaffold Installer, progressing to his current position. Kelly acquired his CSO
Certification in 2018 and is focused on safety and compliance in scaffold installation.
He manages the Scaffold Install crew as well as overseeing site safety plans, and
performing hazard and risk assessments. In 2019, Kelly received his Competent
Person Training (System Scaffold) from the Scaffold & Access Industry Association.
He also successfully completed the Train the Trainer Facilitator Skills Workshop at
SAIA. Kelly teaches the Frame Scaffold Competent Person Training (1-day) course and the System Scaffold Competent Person Training (1-day) course at Canada Scaffold University (CSU).
Mr. Stewart Liddell is the Swing Stage Division Manager at Canada Scaffold Supply since 1997, with a career in Swing Stage (Suspended Scaffold) starting in 1979 and spanning the past 42 years. Stewart is certified for the Safety Training for Suspended Scaffolds and the Lift & Access Education Training from the SIA (now known as SAIA). His focus is on safety and he works closely with the governing bodies of WorkSafeBC and CSA Standards, as well as following OHSA principles and practices to ensure rules and regulations are always met. Since 2002, Stewart has been training individuals throughout British Columbia. He currently teaches Swing Stage Awareness Training (1-day) and Fall Protection Awareness Training (0.5 day) at Canada Scaffold University (CSU).
