Marquee & Frame Tents

We supply both marquee and frame tents and have a working partnership with Elevation Tent Rentals to bolster our inventory and technician count during high demand periods. 

Both tent types provide full clearance throughout their interiors.  There are no center poles to interfere with floor layouts or sightlines.

This will depend on whether your application requires furniture, seating, stages, or other items that will use up floorspace.  An open dance floor for instance, may become as dense as 1:4 or one person for every four-square foot, while a seated banquet area may be spaced as much as 1:10 or 1:15.  Regardless, we have tents and configurations that can accommodate the requirements of one person to thousands of people.

You can cancel orders at least two weeks prior to your event, however, keep in mind that tents are as important for providing spacing structure during events as they are for providing shelter from the sun, wind, and rain. 

These requirements are often property, usage and district-specific.  Our estimators will be able to let you know when these items are needed and help to provide options to help you go without, where possible.  

Our primary service area is the Lower Mainland though we have detachments on Vancouver Island and in the Okanagan.  Note that during non-peak season periods we are much more flexible with our service range than from May through September.  

Our standard installation hours are 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.  We can operate outside of this window, however overtime charges for labour will apply.

Some basic installations can be built by clients, though most builds require certified technicians for safety and liability purposes.  We’ll guide you to understand when each circumstance will apply.
